The Mountain 110 is a log house design intended primarily for a smaller family, or as holiday accommodation.

The ground floor has a living-room with open kitchen and dining-room, bedroom and bathroom with optional sauna. The large triangular bay window at the front let in huge amounts of light, and provides a real connection to nature. Upstairs a loft bedroom looks over a balcony to the living room below.

The upstairs floor plan can be altered to go all the way to the front windows to create extra space and privacy. While this will lose the cathedral ceiling in the living room., it will create a stunning bedroom with its very own wall of glass, and room for an en-suite. The design can be extended lengthwise if more space is required. A porch is also an optional extra worth considering.
